Matches & Grading
PRQLD matches are held at the SSAA Jandowae Range in Jandowae, QLD.
Our grading system aims to provide a fair representation of where shooters stand against their peers. While shooting against top-tier competitors is an invaluable experience, we want our members to be able to compete against shooters at their level.
Members will be classified based on the percentage of their score, compared to the winner of each match. There are 3 classes:
Pro - 80% or More
Semi Pro - Above 50% but below 80%
Marksman - Below 50%
Match scores are tallied over the year, with the top 2 counting towards the final points for the year. Once your combined total has been calculated, you may be eligible to move up a class, but will never move down. New shooters will be placed in the marksman class until they can be graded.

Centrefire Precision
Rifle Matches
PRQLD has some of Queensland’s most experienced PRS shooters, range officers and match directors. That experience combines some of the country’s most challenging, innovative and fun courses of fire.
We are one of the only clubs in QLD to be able to host such events.
The beauty of our centrefire matches is that they can be shot with any rifle you have in your safe, but you will require at least one 10-round magazine and an optic with adjustable turrets.
